Last Updated: April 2026
1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all internet, voice, and managed services provided by Simple Fiber Communications LLC (“Simple Fiber,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This AUP supplements and is incorporated into the Master Service Agreement between Simple Fiber and the Customer. All customers, authorized users, and any person using Simple Fiber services must comply with this policy. A violation of this AUP by anyone using your account will be treated as a violation by you.

4. Enhanced 911 (E911) Disclaimer
Simple Fiber VoIP service includes access to 911 emergency calling; however, VoIP-based 911 service has important limitations that differ from traditional landline 911 service. By using our VoIP service, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- 911 calls placed over VoIP may not be routed to the correct Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for your location.
- Your location information may not be automatically transmitted to emergency dispatchers. You may need to verbally provide your address.
- VoIP 911 service will not function during a power outage, internet outage, or if your VoIP equipment is not operational.
- There may be a delay in connecting your 911 call compared to traditional landline service.
Simple Fiber strongly recommends that you maintain an alternative means of accessing 911 services (such as a mobile phone) and that you inform all users at your location of these limitations.
5. No Resale
Customer may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share Simple Fiber services with any third party without the prior written permission of Simple Fiber. Services are provided for the Customer’s own use at the designated service location only. Unauthorized resale or redistribution is grounds for immediate termination of service.
