Is It Us or Them?
Live status checks for the services your business depends on. Green means operational. Yellow means degraded. Red means outage.
Simple Fiber Network
All systems operational. If you're experiencing issues with your Simple Fiber connection, check the external services below first. If the problem persists, contact our support team.

Common Scenarios
"My email isn't working"
Check Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace above. If they show yellow or red, it's not your internet — it's their servers.
"I can't make phone calls"
If you're using Simple Fiber VoIP, try rebooting your phone first. If calls still fail, check if Microsoft Teams or Zoom shows an outage above.
"My internet is slow"
Run a speed test at fast.com. If speeds are normal on a wired connection but slow on WiFi, the issue is your WiFi, not our network.
"A specific website won't load"
If only one website is down but everything else works, the issue is with that website's servers. Click the service card above for details.
"Multiple things are broken"
If email, phone, and internet are all down, reboot your router/ONT first (unplug for 30 seconds). If it doesn't come back, call us immediately.
