Fix stale logins and loading issues in the WebPhone and voice portal by clearing the site's cache and cookies.

Clear the Portal's Cache and Cookies

If the voice portal or WebPhone is acting up — stale logins, missing buttons, pages that won't load — clearing the site's cookies usually fixes it.

Click the lock icon

With the voice portal or WebPhone open, click the lock (site info) icon on the left side of your browser's address bar.

Open Cookies

Click “Cookies” in the menu that appears.

Remove all sites

Select each site in the list and click “Remove” until every site has been removed.

Click Done

Click “Done” to close the cookies dialog.

Refresh the page

Click the refresh button (or press F5). The page reloads with a clean cache.

Note: clearing cookies signs you out — you'll need to log back in to the portal afterward.
